Lets get going!

Our first stop was planned for Windermere but as usual only 15 mins into our drive it changed to Keswick where we had to rest, at a lovely little coffee shop for scones and toasted teacakes. Well it had been almost an hour since breakfast and we had walked from the car park to the Main Street, rough calculation of steps 200 (I forgot the pedometer, so will have to improvise with mental estimates this trip).
Both New York Boys are not prepared for walking they have not invested in walking boots like us professional walkers. And alas do not own hats, mere amateurs both BB and I think as we start out on our walk to first coffee shop of the day. Rain is holding off but it’s dull, still nice views on route.
